Sometimes; A Fundamental Technology problem comes you to pleading to get solved. Sometimes; it just grabs you by your collars; demanding a solution. Most of the times, these very fundamental technology problems; with no immediate business benefit or ROI are the most rewarding… and the most profitable.

Our Free (and Paid) Components:

When we meet an isolated business problem, we tend to solve it, package it and share the solution with the world at large. These components often start out as free and then as they gain critical mass, take a life of their own and become worth shelling out dollars for. Here are some of our products that germinated from the ThousandtyOne Labs and now have a life of their own.

Our Videos:

When a new technology is released and we find it complicated; our relentless itch of simplifying it and sharing it with the world, often makes us the most watched video on that specific technical topic in YouTube and fetches us multiple projects.

Sometimes just a quick article on a technology makes as an expert on the topic and helps us win clients.

You might think that the new projects and clients are substantial rewards for keeping our lab initiative alive; but honestly, that’s not the most rewarding of part of it at all!

At the end of the day, it’s the appreciative comments of people who often find the videos and articles useful that keeps us going and keeps pushing us to add more time and effort to our labs initiatives.

ReadersHideout - Our Love For Books:

Like most educated inquisitives souls we love books; and when we started asking questions around what a closed, selective, niche circle of book readers with a specific taste would look like; Readers Hideout was born. A closed community of readers by invitation only, Readers Hideout is less a system and more a place where some of us geeks like to hang out and sneak into what others are reading; or at times… just flaunt what we’re reading on our facebook walls.

Here is an example of T-Shirts we often give out as swag. If you’re a ThousandtyOne well-wishers or client there’s a good chance we’ve already shipped you one or more of these. If not Just drop us a line and we'll try to ship one to you.
